    My duties involved support for all CMS/TSO end user applications in operations. I was responsible for support of I.E., Production Services, and Operations Systems PC's. I established several mainframe database applications which have provided a large number of services for many organizations within Operations.

    My duties involved lead and work planning for six I.E.'s in manpower forecasting, targeting, scheduling, and budgeting. I was responsible for coordination of Operations Research and management science techniques for future planning, forecasting and management exercises. I also implemented the use of IBM PC's in applications supporting the scheduling, budgeting and manpower forecasting activities.

    I supervised and planned work for six methods assy I.E.'s. I was responsible for problem resolution, detail schedules, and visibility for schedule condition & performance on various aircraft assembly lines.

    I supervised engineering, drafting, and quality control functions at this small manufacturing company. I was responsible for tool design, shop layout, work flow, manufacturing processes, methods, time study, standards development, status reports, performance analysis, and manpower forecasting.
